SHIPPING POLICIES 

Shipping Policy for Studio Bee Designs 

Studio Bee Designs is dedicated to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines the details of our shipping practices, including delivery times, methods, and associated costs. By making a purchase from “Studio Bee Designs”, you agree to the terms and conditions described in this policy.

Studio Bee Designs ships packages on Tuesdays and Saturdays

Ready To Ship items ship within 3-5 business days.

Custom items take longer to create and can ship in 2-4 weeks, depending on the nature of the project. 

We use the United Postal Service and United States Postal Shipping Service for shipping.  All shipped purchases will have a tracking number so that you can follow your purchase’s delivery.  When your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification along with your tracking number.  Please note that once USPS or UPS has your package, Studio Bee Designs does not is no longer in control and any issues with your package must be directed to USPS. If you have questions on when your package will be received, please contact the USPS.  If you have questions or issues with your package upon delivery, please email hello@studiobeedesigns.com.  

Studio Bee Designs only ships within the United States.    

 

✅Order Processing Time

 

1. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

 

2. Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 3-7 business days depending on size and nature of order, unless you are paying a rush fee. (Weekends and holidays are excluded) Processing times are totally separate from the shipping time frame you choose. 

 

Custom items or made-to-order items may have longer processing times, and this will be clearly indicated on the product page in the description below the product. 

 

✅ Shipping Methods and Delivery

 

2.1.  Shipping Carriers: We work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders such as USPS and UPS. Please keep in mind that due to the upcoming holidays, shipping carriers can sometimes delay packages due to their workload. 

 

2.2. Shipping Options: During checkout, you can select from available shipping options, which may include standard, expedited, or express shipping, depending on your location. Pick up option is also available at checkout. 

 

2.3. Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on your location, selected shipping method, and product availability. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. Our Processing times and turn around times are separate from shipping times.

 

2.4. Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

 

2.5. International Shipping: Studio Bee Designs may offer international shipping to select destinations. Please note that international shipping may incur additional fees, such as customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

3.1. Shipping charges are calculated based on factors including the shipping method, destination, order weight, and size. You will see the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

 

3.2. Free Shipping: Studio Bee Designs may offer promotions, such as free shipping, from time to time. 

 

3.3. Shipping Delays Studio Bee Designs is committed to meeting estimated delivery times; however, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or high-demand periods.

 

3.4. Shipping Communication In the event of a significant shipping delay, Studio Bee Designs will make every effort to communicate updates to affected customers.

 

✅4. Address Accuracy

 

4.1. Address Information It is essential to provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. Studio Bee Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

4.2. Address Changes If you need to make changes to your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact our customer support team studiobeedesigns334@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.

RETURN POLICY 

Because we specialize in custom items, all sales are final.  Defective, or products damaged in transit may be exchanged for product of equal or lesser value within 10 days of of receiving the order.  

Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer.

Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason. Should you have a concern with your order, please email studiobeedesigns334@gmail.com
