🚨 Deposit & Payment Policy (Please Read)

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of ordering to secure your order and begin design.
The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before your event date.
Orders with unpaid balances by the due date will not be completed or released.
Deposits are applied toward your total and are non-refundable due to the custom nature of this product.
